Our Contract with you

By placing your order you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Should we reject your offer, any money paid to us will be returned to you.

Prices

The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of ordering. Prices are shown in UK sterling.

Tax Charges (VAT)

All the prices shown include VAT at the current rate. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT, please call us to order by phone.

Delivery Charges - UK Delivery Only

Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of acceptance of your order.

The delivery charge will be added to your order at checkout. Charges for delivery within the UK are as follows:

Returns - Unwanted items

You may return an unwanted item providing it is fully saleable. We will not accept any items if the price/product tags have been removed. For hygienic reasons no underware items can be returned. Sale and Clearance items cannot be returned.

Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery to the customer and must be in its original packaging . Cost of delivery of returned unwanted items will be the reponsibilty of the customer. If you require the item to be replaced, say for a different size the delivery rate for orders will be applied.

Returns - Faulty items

Return such items within 14 days and delivery cost you incur will be repaid. IT IS IMPORTANT YOU CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM.

Only the delivery cost we normally pay will be credited. If you require a replacement no delivery cost will be applied, otherwise a full refund will be issued.

Please note that we reserve the right to have faulty items independently inspected if we believe that the product may have been tampered with or has suffered unreasonable abuse.

Product and Price Description Accuracy

Occasionally the description may not be entirely accurate, for example if the product specification has been changed and we have not been notified by the supplier or manufacturer. We cannot be held responsible for these type of changes. Prices shown are valid UNLESS a genuine mistake has been made.

Warranty and Guarantees

Do please remember to complete any forms received with a product and return them promptly to the address notified. (please do not send them to us)

Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and they are only decrypted after they reach us.

The shopping cart has a security licence confirming that it is safe for e-commerce use. This is for your safety as some sites do not have these and you should only order from secure encrypted sites. When you proceed to the checkout you should see a small padlock in the bottom right corner of your screen - look for this on any e-commerce site to confirm its security. You can also double click on the padlock to view the licence.

We will charge your account for payment at the time the order is received. Products are dispatched after we have cleared the payment. The purchase area of our site is secure and has a security licence. This means that the information is encrypted using industry standard SSL Technology (i.e. ALL SECURE DETAILS PASSED BETWEEN YOUR COMPUTER AND OUR WEBSITE CANNOT BE READ BY ANYONE ELSE AS THE INFORMATION IS ENCODED)
