Ordering

Please read our Terms and Conditions before ordering.

We describe all our products with a product code, description, trade names, authors (for publications) and specifications.

1. Select your products from our on-line shop, starting from the product groups in the left hand menu bar. Or use our product search facility.
2. Add your selected products and quantity to your shopping cart, with options such as size and colour selected.
3. You can view your shopping cart at any time using the "View Cart" icon at the top left.
4. Proceed to our checkout where you will be asked for your payment details.
5. Select your delivery options.
6. We will process your credit / debit card on receipt of your order.
7. Your order will be dispatched to you, normally within 2 working days.

All prices include VAT where appropriate.  If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT. Please call us to order by phone at non-VAT prices.

If we are out of stock, or we are having difficulty obtaining a product you have ordered we will contact you.

Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 3 working days of acceptance of your order.

The delivery charge will be added to your order at checkout. Charges for delivery within the UK are as follows:
